Edward Berni

Born and raised in Sacramento, CA. Ed entered the Navy upon High School graduation and was trained in nursing as a Hospital Corpsman.  After his discharge, he attended California State University at Sacramento graduating with a degree in Marketing.  Ed worked in Marketing for the next 25 years learning all aspects Advertising, what strategies to use in sales, Communications and Business development.  His focus was integrating processes through which companies could create value for their customers and build strong customer relationships.

In 2001, Ed decided to secure a Real Estate License to transition into opening OakTree Home & Loan with his wife, Jill. He knew he could bring a wealth of experience to the company especially with his strong skills in Internet Marketing.

Today, Ed is in charge of all aspects of OakTree Home & Loan’s marketing; to include website management, signage, and advertising.

Ed and Jill have lived in El Dorado Hills since 1981. Ed enjoys landscape design and gourmet cooking.
