Jill was very professional and great in all aspects of out real estate sale and purchase and negotiated the details at what we considered a discounted basis and work very closely with my wife to stage the home. She was also involved in helping our family find the right lender to work with in a somewhat challenging and special purchase process linked to our home sale. We were very happy with the results in our special sale and purchase process.

I would definitely recommend Jill Bernie, she is very down to earth, lots of patience and real estate knowledge. Jill always answered all of our questions was so patient with us ( which wasn’t an easy task). The first realtor I worked with that doesn’t make you wait days to respond back to voice and emails, I know if I have a question she always finds the answer and responds very quickly. Jill definitely puts her clients first, I recommend her 100%.

My husband and I are the absolute worst. We are the kind of buyers that agents have nightmares about: unprepared, crazy busy, unsure about the area we wanted, looking for a property that, as it turns out, is the unicorn of properties (it needed to be 2 houses on one property and impossibly cheap and have space for gardens and chickens and be cheap and a big garage for projects and also cheap). We found Jill Berni by complete accident… a random selection based on almost no information (see! the worst). Jill, undeterred by feral buyers, set us up with a great lender (Kelly Redmond) and went to work unicorn-hunting. Jill explained (and explained and explained) the process to us and was so very patient. Like Job, really. Jill knows great inspectors, too. Also, her tiny stature belies her vicious negotiating skills. You need $30k off the price? Jill will go after the seller with pliers.

She negotiated with our bank and removed $277k worth of debt from the short sale of our primary residence and an additional $149k from our home in Tahoe Keys… with no capital gains.
